What Is The Ripped Class?

The Ripped Class is a fitness program that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness and was created by Tina and Terry Shorter. The acronym R.I.P.P.E.D. actually stands for Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. The first five components are aspects of physical exercise and are achieved within the class session. The last component Diet, however, is a lifestyle aspect that must be applied outside of class. R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed for all levels of fitness, so both gym novices and top conditioned athletes can get a great full body workout.

The Benefits of Our Ripped Class

The R.I.P.P.E.D. class follows its designated acronym while regularly modifying the routine every 7 to 8 minutes to ensure all your muscle groups are activated during the workout. Muscle confusion by modifying workout routines is another great way to keep your exercises interesting and effective. R.I.P.P.E.D. is a dynamic program that is continually evolving to ensure your body and fitness does the same.
