Bokwa

Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing cardio workout routine. You would not even realize you were burning up to 1,200 calories in one workout.

BounceFit

Designed for all fitness levels and very easy to use. We use Bounce boots to get a full body workout while bouncing and having fun--Burn 20% more calories--80% less impact on joints--Improve endurance

R.I.P.P.E.D.

Combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. The total body workout uses free weights/resistance bands and body weight. It changes every 6 to 9 minutes.

Rumble

A pre-choreographed cardio mixed martial arts (MMA) based class. The RUMBLE class uses a variety of kicks, punches, elbow and knee strikes as well as the opportunity to use a martial arts Escrima stick.

Step & Tone

Step & Tone classes are great for burning calories, losing weight, building lower body strength and improving your cardiovascular system as well as improving your coordination, balance & flexibility.
