What does your facility feature?

Our facility features wooden exercise flooring, spacious fitness studio, 2 unisex bathrooms, water fountain with bottle filling station, modern equipment, trained and certified class instructors, cubbies to store belongings, Aerial Yoga rig with hammocks and more.

Do your classes also cater to seniors?

Yes. we have the Zumba Gold-Toning. This is a toning class for older participants with goals of improving muscle strength, posture, mobility, and coordination. Kids aren’t left out of the fun either, the Zumba Kids is designed for kids between the ages of 7-11.

Are there any special offers or discounts?

What is the difference between a Single Class Pass/Appointment and Monthly Package?

Class Passes and Appointments can be purchased separately, and may be used within 3 months from purchase. We offer multiple booking options to fit a range of needs.

By purchasing a Monthly Package, you are enrolling in a 12month contract, but you could cancel at any time, and there are no additional fees or minimum requirements to sign up. Monthly Packages with Auto-Pay are the best value for students who wish to purchase multiple classes or appointments for the month. Payments are automatic and recurring from the start date, and you have 1 month to use your specified class or appointment allowance.

Why do I need to work with a certified instructor, can’t I simply work out on my own?

One of the main reasons that people hire a fitness teacher is that they haven’t had a great exercise history. If you’ve had a lot of injuries in the past from workouts, or haven’t been able to meet exercise goals, or consistently hit an exercise plateau, consider hiring a fitness instructor.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept cash and PayPal in the studio; however, class enrollment is limited and on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to reserve your spot ahead of time by booking the class online.

How do I sign up for classes?

To purchase and book classes, please visit our Class Schedule page. You will be asked to create an account, if you do not have one already.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes, please purchase and sign up for your class in advance. This ensures that you have a spot in the class, and also helps our instructor prepare for your visit. We keep class sizes small so you receive maximum time with the pole. Spots are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. You can view and reserve your spot in class on our Schedule page. Full payment is also required in advance to reserve a private appointment (individuals or groups).  Students can register up 24 hours before class time. If you want to come and it is past the 24-hr window – Contact Us we will try our best to get you in.

What should I carry with me to the studio?

Please bring a few bags and personal belongings into the studio as possible. You may bring your own yoga mat for warm-up, but it is not compulsory.

What if I don’t feel well on the day of my appointment?

If you’re feeling under the weather on the day of your appointment, or have had a fever, shortness of breath, or any other symptom of illness within the last 2 weeks, please stay home and get in touch with the studio immediately to reschedule.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

It’s preferable you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment or class’s start time. Once a class begins, late arrivals will NOT be accepted into the studio. it is not required.
